PX LATEX PRIMER is a liquid that is applied before the application of a self-leveller or other type of mortar to help its adhesion to the substrate. A primer is not a magic solution! In some circumstances, preparatory work must be done beforehand. You can use a primer before installing a tile adhesive on highly porous concrete.
