Site Supervisor - F/T

As a Site Supervisor for our Renovation Division, you will work on sites ensuring projects align with the scope and communicate with our customers.

  • Provide specific site construction expertise, ensuring that expectations of ownership are met regarding the quality of the work completed.
  • Review, monitor, and rectify any deficiencies in the work being completed.

Carpenter/Handyman - F/T

We have been building quality, affordable homes since 1969, and are currently searching for a motivated individual who can take on a variety of tasks necessary to help build a ready-to-move home and work in retail installs.

Responsibilities:

  • Residential interior and exterior renovations.
  • Complete demolition of bathrooms, kitchens, decks, fences, etc.
  • Minor repairs and warranty work.
  • Working directly with Subcontractors, Site Supervisors, and Customers.
  • Some basic framing, roofing, siding, insulation, drywall, wall repairs, painting.
